Paper Submission
Authors are invited to make submission of papers (6 pages maximum in English or French) following the(IEEE format). The paper submission deadline is September 29, 2013 at midnight with notification of acceptance by October 20, 2013.To submit a paper, click here, which goes directly to the EASYCHAIR submission webpage for WCCCS 2013 (after verifying your EASY CHAIR login credentials).

Camera-Ready
Camera-ready version of papers must be submitted using recommended format. Please use manuscript templates (following the IEEE format IEEE format) given here for producing the camera-ready version of your paper. You are requested to strictly comply with the format specified therein. Final paper submission deadline is October 25, 2013 at midnight. Note that accepted papers will require at least one author to be registered at full rate. Note also that papers not presented at the conference will not be included into the proceedings.
